The 2024 All City Writers Corp Anthology is forthcoming in May 2024!

The poems and stories in this collection range from sweet and sour to earthy and deep. All works were written by students in Birmingham schools. As members of the All City Writers Corps, these students meet weekly with Desert Island Supply Co. volunteers for curriculum-aligned creative writing workshops that explore how poetry and language intersect with history, science, math, and the arts. Every student receives a free copy of the book, and proceeds from book sales help fund DISCO's writing programs in Birmingham schools!.
